About

We are a nonprofit organization located in Providence, Rhode Island that dedicates our time and energy to generate awareness about deforestation.  The RIFPC strives to  provide people with informed facts about the major causes of deforestation (mainly focusing on palm oil) and to offer some solutions on how to help put an end to it...

Events

Events are organized, advertised, and staffed by our wonderful team members and volunteers. We are always welcoming new volunteers and members to our cause! Find out which events are near you and contact us to learn more about how to help out during one of our fabulous events! 

Shop

All merchandise will be purchased from a wholesale company called 4Imprint. The products chosen are all eco-friendly and made from organic/ recycled materials. The distribution of profit for each product sold is split between the RIFPC and its fellow co-sponsored organizations (Amazon Watch, Trees for the Future, Forest Stewardship Council)... 

Get Involved

Become an active member of your society! By getting involved with/ becoming a member of organizations such as the Rhode Island Forest Preservation Committee, Amazon Watch, Forest Stewardship Council, and Trees for the Future, you will start to become more aware/ understanding of the immediate threats deforestation...
